The Legend of the Titanic.
Over the weekend, I had the unforgettable opportunity to experience The Legend of the Titanic in London — a breathtaking and deeply moving journey through one of history’s most tragic nightmares.
Moments like these serve as a stark reminder of life’s fragility and the importance of living each day to the fullest. Our existence is fleeting, and we can never know when our last day will come. As such, we must count our blessings every day and make the most of each moment.
My debut poetry book touches upon this convention and delves deeply into a theme frequently explored by the Romantic poets — the fleeting nature of life, the intensity of human emotion, and the delicate balance between joy and sorrow. Through my poetry, I aim to capture these timeless reflections while offering a contemporary perspective that resonates with the modern reader.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
I’m still amazed at how quickly this year has flown by. With the festive season almost upon us, it feels like time has slipped through our fingers in the blink of an eye. Christmas has always been one of my favourite holidays — a season of warmth, reflection, and the joy of giving.
With the holidays fast approaching, perhaps my debut poetry book could make the perfect New Year’s gift for someone special… or even a treat for yourself. Filled with reflections on life, emotion, and the human experience, it’s a celebration of thought, feeling, and creativity — a small treasure to carry with you into the year ahead.
